How long after the conference will I receive my CPD certificate?

CPD certificates will be emailed up to 6 weeks following the event.

Do I receive CPD points for hands-on training?

No - You will receive a participatory certificate indicating that you attended a particular hands-on training workshop. This certificate can be used as supporting documentation to be added to your appraisal.

Can I buy the Learning Archive seperately?

No – this is only included in the Standard Package.

How long after the conference will I receive access to the Learning Archive? 

The learning archive becomes accessible via the app 4 weeks following the event.

Where do I access the Learning Archive?

The Learning Archive is accessible via the Event App. Download the app here.

Do you have a refund policy?

Yes - our flexible refund policy gives you the following options:

  • Receiving a full refund or
  • Transferring a pass to a colleague or
  • Transferring a pass to the following year if we’re notified before 31st August 2024.

If notified after this time, you’ll only be able to transfer the pass to a colleague or to the following year. If transferred, this can only be done once.

Can I upgrade my pass?

Yes – upgrades can only be processed via a member of our Delegate Relationship team on 0207 348 5277. Alternatively, you can email agm@closerstillmedia.com or training@closerstillmedia.com and a member of the team will process your upgrade.

Which theatres do I get access to?

For 2024, your pass grants you access to all theatres at the event. That includes access to Acute & General Medicine, Anaesthesia & Critical Care and Future Surgery theatres.

How do I access a group discount?

These can only be processed via a member of our Delegate Relationship team on 0207 348 5277. Alternatively, you can complete our Group Book form and a member of the team will process your passes.

Does the venue of cloakroom?

Yes- the cloakrooms are located on level 0 (down the stairs, in between hall entrances N4 & S4) and at the east end of the venue on level 0. 

When will I receive my badge in the post?

Badges are usually sent via the post 1 to 2 weeks prior to the event.

If I don’t receive my badge in the post, can I get one onsite?

Yes, your badge can be printed on-site. Ensure that your registration code is at hand for an easy process. Your registration code can be found in your confirmation email.
