Qualified from St Andrew's University, Fife and St Bartholomew's hospital Medical College, London. SpR training in West Midlands. Working as a FT NHS single handed consultant in Luton since 2009. Now only hospital based. Former honorary clinical lecturer at UCL medical school. Was formerly the local Luton branch president of the MNDA. Married with nearly four adult children. My main focus in palliative medicine is stopping futile over treatment of patients to ensure they have QOL and dignity in their last days of life.
